Trying hard

While some people are amazed with the way I write in Filipino which sometimes get into my head (yeah I admit it) here I am trying hard to blog in English.

It’s 1:50 in the morning, almost two hours after Christmas Eve, I am alone here in the kitchen and have decided to update my maid in Canada’s blog. After accepting couples of app’s in facebook I don’t have the energy to bloghop anymore. But reading through the wp-news in my dashboard I saw Matt’s entry about his experience with the snow when he was a kid. It is my first winter snow but at this time which I supposed, must be snowy outside (well I saw a lot of movies where snowflakes are falling and Christmas songs are supposed to be played), but not actually.

No snow. No Christmas carols. No kids with their giant socks. No noisy glasses of wines. It is sad and lonely.

But as I hit the extras and clicked the snow falling, it lifts me up……..but only for a little time because the snow in my blog will last for just a few days.

I have received news from a friend blogger, one friend blogger who’s in monetizing her blog lost $50 dollars sponsored entry yesterday due to hosting problem. I was so surprised that she can earn $50 in just one entry and that is so awesome. And what is this I’ve heard? That she is planning to buy her own car next year?

That made me think……….think money..think big…think blogging.

I was mad. So mad that I post something taboo in my other blog. Anyone who’s pissed will do that I think. And then later I heard my uncle while he’s on the phone and said “e birthday ng panganay kong dalaga.”

After hearing that my heart melts. Ahh maybe, I have to accept that I have two little brothers now in the body of my two little cousins who made my birthday so emotionally devastating in the spur of the moment.

Oh yeah maybe I need to get used to it. Get used to them.

I was listening to The Real Thing single of Bo Bice in launch cast radio and since he was my favorite in American Idol 2004 ( yeah I want him to win over Carrie Underwood) I decided to click the album and learn more of his songs. Unfortunately there was just one single, but what interested me was his picture on the album.

He looks so different. He’s much cuter.
